Refund policy

 with your order number and a short note explaining why you are returning the item. We will reply with clear instructions and the return details.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

14-day return window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return items. Whether the item is not right for you or you simply changed your mind, we will make it easy.

No extra fees
We never charge restocking fees or hidden extra costs.

Refund time
Once your return has been received and approved, we will refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a little longer to post the credit.

Exchanges
Would you prefer a different size, colour or style? Mention it in your email and, subject to availability, we will arrange an exchange.
