SECTION 19 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return window: returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility conditions: items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags/accessories intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Procedure: contact info@clevenne.com to obtain authorisation before returning items. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Refunds : once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No restocking fees apply.
Cancellations: orders can be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Send an email to info@clevenne.com with your order number to request cancellation.
