Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

14-day return period
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return the items. Whether the item is not right for you or you have changed your mind, we will make the process easy.

No additional fees
We never charge restocking fees or any other hidden additional fees.

Refund timeframe
Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a little additional time to record the credit.

Exchanges
Would you prefer a different size, color, or style? Mention it in your email and, if available, we will arrange an exchange.
